Ceiling in the finished basement has a hole since 2007 November. Your maintenance team cut the hole in order to replace the tv cable which has been cut through during the renovation. I was told they ordered a plastic cover, but never been installed. Please


Cover of the outdoor outlet is missing since we moved in. It's located left to the backdoor. Please replace the cover.
